Short Short Long (15 mins)
Player 1 passes to 2 who lays it back off to 1. Player sends a cross to Player 4. Player 4 repeates with Player 3.
Important for Players 2 and 3 to open up for Players 1 and 4. 2. Weight and accuracy of the cross. Cross can be a low driven cross or a big cross in the air.

4v4 plus 4 (20 mins)
4v4 inside the grid with a team of 4 neutrals outside the grid. Ball must be played outside to neutral players before team can advance to attacking grid and then must play ball outside to neutrals before taking a shot on goal.
1. Encourage each team to play the ball outside, combination play between attacking player and neutral player, and communication. Switch neutral team after 2-3 minutes.
