2v1 into 3v2 transition. (20mins)
Blue start with ball on their endline vs 1 defender running across centrally.
When blue score or don't, player 2 starts transition with a switch pass to player 3.
Player 1,2,3 counter against the 2 blue players that just attacked.

3v2 into 4v3. (20mins)
3 x blue attack against 2 yellow. If yellow or the GK win the ball the W wingers become active creating overload of 4v3.
Coaching Points
- Look to pass wide as soon as possible and get in behind blue.
- Attack with urgency (7 seconds to score)
- Overlaps and disguise passes
- Set body to be able to finish 1 touch when required

Pass and follow every pass.
1. 1st pass to player who checks out and opens up to receive to pass facing wide player.
1. Receive backfoot and pass to wide player and sprint with pass.
1. Wide player receives and with 2nd touch finishes.
2. Progress with same build up to a 1v1. Attacking player become defender after turn.
2. Can add progressions of a 1-2 wall pass.
