set up: create a square zone of 5 x 5 with 4 poles, 3 players with spare balls. Players in positions as marked A, B, C and interchange after several repetitions (1 minute)
aim: 1st time passing of ball, well weighted accuracy
how: Player A starts process by playing pass 1 to player C (who moves to receive pass just outside square - Player B then moves deeper into the square and receives and angled 2nd pass from player C, and 3rd pass is from Player B to Player A. Next phase starting point changes to Player C
PROGRESSION: Once sucess achieved make the rule that after 10 consecutive sequences, Player A then gets a final pass into the goal placed at end of zone, and players SWAP positions.
coaching points: Scanning, weight of passing, creating angle, body shape to go forward

SET UP: 1 large goal 3-4 markers at an angle from the goal line with 2 players (A server- B player shooting)
AIM: finishing - hit corners to replicate a crowded penalty area
HOW: Player A serves to Player B who has 1 -2 touches (maximum) to get the ball out of the crowded area and strike on goal - aiming to hit the corners. Do 3-4 reps and swap
COACHING POINTS: Ball out from under the feet - open body up to hit corners.
PROGRESSION: (i) Add a player C to put pressure on Player B once receiving pass
(ii) swap sides

set up: 1 goal 20metres from rebound wall - 2 'zones' of 2 x 2 set up either side of goal approx 5 metres from wall - 1 player in each zone
aim: Recieve a return pass, inside the zone, turn (inside & outsidw) to get a 1 st time shot on goal
how: Player in zone plays 2 passess into the rebound wall, to keep th eball on the 3rd return pass, he must receive INSIDE his zone, and turn to the Inside and have a 1st time shot on goal -retrieves ball, joins queue and next player steps up, Repeat process 3-4 times, working on turns, body shape, and balance striking the ball.
AFTER each player had 3-4 goes with receiving turning INSIDe, Change to TURN outside. and repeat process
COACHING POINTS: cRISP PASSING, GOOD WEIGHT, FAST TURN TO SET UP LIMITED TOUCHES TO GET STRIKE ON GOAL
