Description - possesssion drill; starting off with each team having two balls each looking to play through the grid to the opposite player. Look to use short sharp pases and then a long one to hit the target, reduce to one ball per team and then reduce to one ball for posession purposes using the outside players to keep the ball, finishing with Possession keep ball with all players insdie the area.
Technical - good weight/accuracy/timing of pass to team mates, good first touch and control to kep hold of the ball.
Tactical - look when you regain possession can we keep the ball away from the opposition
Physical - good cardio workout.
Psychological/Social - communication is needed here for the drill to work, good decision making abilities , awareness of players around you.
Learning Objectives - look when you regain possession can we keep the ball away from the opposition by players coming close to team mate;use short/quick passess too draw the opposition in, with the rest of the team looking to regain formation so we can then hit a long pass. and stretch the defending team.

Description - small sided game 9v9 (formation 4-3-1 for both teams), play a game as normal to begin with putting conditions in and stopping when necessary.
Technical - good first touch/close control tight to the body/good weight/accuracy/timing of pass to keep the ball.
Tactical - look when you regain possession can we keep the ball away from the opposition
Physical - good cardio and football workout
Psychological/Social - good awareness of where team mates and opposition are, good communication and quick decision making skills to retain possession.

Description - 9v9 with goalkeepers now (formation for both teams 4-3-1) allow free play with corners etc offside rule in place. Look to only stop the game a few times if necessary and give individual challenges with regards to their learning objectives.

Description - standard warm up ; dynamic stretches through cones/static after/jogging/side stepping/backwards/forwards/sprints/move onto ball mastery in square grid working on skills/turns/tricks and ball control.
Technical - lots of touches on the ball/little touches/keeping the ball close to your feet/lots of repitition on experimentation with the ball.
Tactical - good ball control so we can shield the ball from others.
Physical - good for co ordination and agility.
Psychological/Social - fun session to try out new things, decision making/awareness of space
