Organization:
Same as previous.
Defenders on one end, attackers on opposite.
Instructions:
Defender passes ball out to attacker and applies PASSIVE pressure against attacker (walk/jog in a straight line directly toward attacker).
Attacker aims to execute move to get around the defender.
Coaching Points:
Timing of execution of move based on speed and distance of approaching defender.

Organization:
Same as previous.
Defenders on one end, attackers on opposite.
Instructions:
Full pressure 1v1 to PUGG goals.
If defender steals the ball, if they can dribble the ball back across the opposite endline they steal a point.
Coaching Points:
Use skill move to beat defender and score goal.

Organization:
- 2 even teams
- 1 ball
Instructions:
- Free play except players can only penetrate forward on the dribble (if they choose to pass it can only be sideways or backwards).
Coaching Points:
- encouraging players to take players on 1v1/commit defenders.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Players pick a partner on the opposing team - they're the only players who can take the ball way from each other e.g. player A (blue) cannot take the ball away from player B (white) or player C (white).

Organization:
Even number of players on each team.
Instructions:
No specific rules, allow players to play.
Coaching Points:
Look to take players on 1v1
Order of options: 1) Can I shoot? 2) Can I go forward (dribble or pass)? 3) Can I keep possession?
If you don't have the ball, look to support the ball carrier.
If you lose the ball, the nearest player looks to win it back ASAP.

Organization:
even number of players in 4 lines all with soccer balls.
Instructions:
diagonally opposite players make eye contact and perform move around the set of 3 cones
join line on opposite side
other 2 opposing lines now go.
Coaching Points:
Move the foot around the front of the ball finishing on the outside of the ball
Drop the shoulder as the foot plants
Take the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot
Complete the same motion with the opposite foot
Take away with the outside of the foot that started the movement
Progressions:
remove set of 3 cones and go 1v1 semi-opposed.
