Goalscoring Focus - Hamish and Alex
3v1:
- all activate players start inside the D
- ball fed into 3 attackers (encourage BIG leads) who have to try and score against GK and 1 Def
- if Defenders get the ball outside the mini-D, the game is over
Progress after 5-10mins 3v2:
Player who feeds the ball into the game drops in to tackle back and join Defender

4v4 Continuous - Annie and Emily
Set-up: Back-to-back goals in the middle of pitch with demarcated playing pitch, allowing for players to stand safely on the sides
- 4v4 inside the pitch and can shoot at any goal from anywhere in the pitch
- if goalkeeper makes a save, attacking team can play rebound on same goal or try to attack the other goal
- if goalkeeper makes a save and the defending team pick up the rebound, they must attack the other goal
- teams may use outside players as rebound passes to create width/height/counter-attack/change of point of attack etc
- team that scores first stays on, while team that is scored against become outside players, new team from outside drives onto pitch with a ball from the opposite side that the goal was scored (either side A or B)
Adaptions: if the goals are being scored too easily or a team is struggling to stay on, change rules that teams only change after 3 goals have been scored and then both teams are off and 2 new teams on

2) Opposition team scores a goal
Teams lose a player when:
1) Ball hits a foot or a penalised for a foul and the umpire blows the whistle (stop momentum)
