Instructions:
Only 1 attacking player is allowed between 2 cones. Attackers are only allowed on the outside of the box.
Attackers try to keep the ball away from the defender in the middle.
The Defender can only intercept a pass, not tackle a player.

How to receive the ball (open up body)
Where to go to support player on the ball (the open space between 2 cones)

Instructions:
Reds vs Blues. Yellows play for whatever team has possession of the ball. The attacking team in possession tries to make 10 passes for 1 point. Defending team scores in the goal's for 1 point
Coaching Points:
Player on the ball needs 2 options
Look for attacking diamond shape
Keep checking the area for awareness of other players
Play simple, early and quickly
Progressions:
Reduce the number of yellow players
