1. Across gate & save volley x 6.
2. Shuffle & back x 6.
3. Shuffle, crossover & back x 6.
4. On side, pin dive x 6 each side.

GK sets up in semi-open stance on near post.
Server calls "close", GK closes stance then collapse dives for ball pulled back on floor x 6 reps each side.

Groups of 3
1. S1 serves high ball...target 2nd 6 yard box (shaded).
2. GK gives ball to S2, then runs around pole.
3. S2 plays ball for GK to play (safety clearance) to S1
6 reps
