Organization: Use the 7v7 field across the field with 6' far post goals, cones as shown, balls and pinnies.
Duration: Break group up into 2, run area 1 and 2 simultaneous for 10 minutes then switch. Area 3 will be run with the both groups.
Instructions:
Area 1: 3v2. Pass starts from beside the net out to the attacking three, both defenders come out and set up.
Run for 5 minutes and switch the defenders and attackers. Focus on the defencive side, having them work together, shifting side to side and explain who presses to the ball.
Area 2: set up poles and Pylons as shown. Players dribble around each pole in a circle then around the pylon and return to the start. Run twice then make it a race
Area 3: Set up formations on either side of the field, 7v7- 2-3-1and finish with a game for the remaining time. Stop the game as needed to reset positions.

Equipment: Area 1- 15x30; flags, poles out 7M
Area 2- 15x30, cones, balls, small bownets
Area 3- 15x40 split to 2 fields, 5' farpost nets, pinnies
Area 4- 15x 40 2 5' farpost nets, cones, balls
Rotation- 8-10 minutes per station, 1-2,2-3A, 3A-3B, 3B-4, 4-1. Have players bring there water with them to each station.
Instructions:
Area 1- Agility course, run as races, players dribble around each pole in a circle, dribble around the flag and back to the start. Set up 3 lanes, try to keep lines of 3-4 players.
Area 2-
For 5-6 age group- Have one player at a cone beside the net and another player at a cone 2M ahead. Player behind the net passes the ball forward to the player ahead who trys to score at the far net while the passer pursues to try to win the ball. Players switch lines each time, switch matchups if a player is dominating.
For 7-8 age group- as shown. Player beside net passes to the player across the field and moves out to defend 1v1. Alternate sides in the opposite direction.
Area 3- Small sided games, play 4v4 for 5/6 and 5v5 for 7/8.
Area 4- Cones out 7M from end, 10M for the 7-8 group. Defender passes the ball out to either of the attackers and runs out to defend the 2V1. Alternate from side to side passing out. Switch the defenders and attackers after 4 minutes. For the U7-8 ages use a keeper, either rotate after each shot, or a permanent one.
Boys PD 5-8 (50 mins)
