Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed. The drills are designed to be fun and competitive.

Organization:
- 15 x 15 or larger depending on size of kids
- Player or Coach plays ball into attacker, first player on each team enters the grid and player with ball looks to score on either net.
- Rotate GK after every play.
Progression:
- Must score in 7 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play
Coaching Points:
- Quick change of direction
- Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:
- 12x12 grid with inside square only 3-4 yds apart
- Objective is for each player to practice their touches on the ball using all parts of the foot.
- Players will rotate after each turn working different moves such as: CRUYFF, FAKE and TAKE, STOP and GO, STEP OVER, SCISSORS, PULL BACK (V Cut), INSIDE / OUTSIDE, ROLLOVER
Progression:
- Use only left foot
- Free style (let them do their own moves for a few mins)
Coaching Points:
- Head up
- Quick change of direction
- Change of pace after change of direction - GAME PACE
- Be creative

Organization:
- 20 x 20 yard grid with 3 cones positioned as shown and balls on top of each cone
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of (3v3 or 4v4)
- Players attempt to move the ball around and attempt to to hit the ball off the cone with the ball in play. The game ends with the winning team once all 3 balls have been knocked off their respective cones.
Progressions:
- 2 points awared if the team can hit all 3 balls of the cones without giving up any goals.
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- change of Direction
- lots of FUN!

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind
