- Six players per area
- Two on either side of middle line
Instructions:
- Two middle players pass the ball between themselves holding for 3 seconds
Coaching Points:
- Movement as ball travels
-Covering player in position to block penetrating line
- Communication between players
- Pressuring player keeping pressure on if middle player decides to dribble
Progressions:
- Middle players can decide to dribble the ball

Organization:

Instructions:
- Same as previous but now middle players are allowed to try penetrate through the gates.
- If attackers score, they switch with defenders
