Game 4 v 4 plus 2 gk in 3 teams
Objective: improving transition from defense to offense
GK throws ball to team A, who attacks on goal. Team B starts defending when ball is thrown.
Team B tries to win ball and is allowed to score on goal of team A.
Switch teams after each play (goal/ball out of bounds) Team C comes in for Team A

Warm-up: Cooration and soccer coordination
2 groups:
A: speedladder / colored sticks - speed and agility in variations, followed by 5 mtr sprint and receiving pass
B: dribbling course - different variations, followed by 5 mtr acceleration and pass
