Intro (20 mins)

Organization:

  • 4v3 on field 1 (3vs2 plus 1vs1) as starting position
  • 3vs3 on field 2 (2vs1 plus 1vs2)
  • The field split into 2 halves
  • Size 40X25
  • Time: 6 rounds of 2 min with 1.5 min rest = 20 min

Instructions:

  • Game start with CB passing the ball, Maroon score in the small net 
  • Blue defend and try to counter on the small nets

  • Spread out
  • Movement off the ball
  • Starting position

  • Time: 3 sets of 7 min with 2.5 min rest = 30 min

Instructions:

  • Maroon to score on the small nets
  • Blue to defend and counter

Coaching Points/Questions:

  • Play forward, play central as an option 1, if not then round the ball to unbalance 
  • 6, and 10 to stretch out the field and make it bigger 
  • 6, and10 to receive the ball behind the pressure line
