* Quality 1:2 pass - proper pace and technique (stress heel down toe up and balance)

Session Cone Set up
* Teams in areas 2-7 will perform dynamic warm-up and then be on their own to do some form of technical and then small sided possession / games. I will have goals if you choose to use them.
* Each team will also have a rotation going through the crossing and finishing portion of your warm-up in section 8.
I will run section 8 and coaches will stay with their teams all day.
Once your team is finished with section 8 you will go back to your desgnated area.
The transition has to be organized and quick as we have 8 teams...
