Organisation
4 attackers and they have to pass the ball through the box. 1 of the defenders has to try and put pressure on the ball, but they are not allowed outside the coned area. Attackers can move anywhere along the line (progression- they can move around the outside, as long as keep even sides)
Tech- Push pass only and head up

Game
Constraint-
Reduce- If struggling with passing- then play hockey netball- no dribbling and defenders can can only intercept passing/be 2m away from the attackers.
Progress- the goal is the amount of pass made before 1= pass is 1 point, 2 = passes is 2 points
Question-
Discuss with someone on the opposition how they could challenge you more/What was good about how you played?
Describe a moment of the game where you showed great confidence?
Which team-mate works the hardest of the ball?
