Ball Mastery - Warm Up (20 mins)
Practice Organisation:
*15x15yd grid set up
*Each player has a ball each
1. Practice starts with: each player from a corner dribbles in to the middle.
2. When they get to the middle they perform various feints/turns.
Variations:
*Drop Shoulder
*Step Over
*Ronaldo Chop
*V Drag Reverse
*Cryff Turn

Coerver 1v1 Game leading to 2v2 (20 mins)
Learning Objectives
- Player A passes the ball to player B.
- Player B looks to attack either goal.
- In order to score Player A must go through the cones before they can finish
- If the defender wins the ball they can attack the other goal
Progression:
- Progress to 2v2
- The attacking team look to isolate 1 player in order to create an overload situation
- The attacking team must pass the ball through the cones in order to score
- Encourage players to make quick decisions and look to use overlaps to create 2v1 situations
