5v5 + 2 neutrals + 2 endline players
-use full field area
-each team's objective is to play ball into opposite goalies hands - not to score (yet)
-GKs stay in goal behind goal line - can use the neutral players if goalies are not back yet
-sideline players are neutral and can play on both teams - only have 1 touch or its a turnover
-endzone players have 2 touches max, they are only playing to the team who is attacking that end
-team can use the GK in their own defensive to help keep possession
Coaching points - drawing players in to create space behind, penetrating passes, angles of support

Rondo
2v2+4, 10x15 yards
2 set-ups
-yellow neutrals and the team on the outside work to keep the ball away from the defending team in the middle
-there are only 2 offensive players who move freely inside the grid, remaining players must stay on outside
-if the defending team wins the ball, they quickly get ball back in play by finding a neutral then they transition to the outside. The outside team switches in to become defenders
-after some time switch out the neutrals
Coaching points - movement of central offensive players to draw pressure in to create space/passing lanes, try to create up/back/through or a third man option, supporting angles of players on sidelines, body shape, decision making under pressure to keep possession
Progression/variations - can make grid larger or smaller depending on success of group; can limit touches for players in middle or for players on outside, or both
