12 x 12 grid, 1 group at each corner
Instructions:
On coach signal the players dribble around the grid performing specific turning techniques, when they are at the last cone they will cut inside towards the center cone which has a ball, and try to be the first to strike the ball.

Instructions:
B plays into A, B applies immediate full pressure on A. A must try to play the ball back to the next person in A's line to gain a point by performing turns to bain the space. After B plays pass they are now the defender.
Players keep track of their points to see who is the winnder in their group.

Ball Mastery
Organization: 30x20 yard area, all players with ball.
Instructions: Players are dribbling inside of area. They are given specific moves to do with the ball. Moves include hip swivels and forward and backward rolls. After performing these rolls we will start to work in specific turns such as the Drag back, inside cut, and outside cut and introduce the Xavi Turn and Twist Off
Coaching Points: Head up to see space and look over shoulder to see where they are turning. Technique of all three turns. Look to turn into space.
Progressions: Make sure players are turning with both feet.
