Key Factors - Skill 20 Minutes

• Team 1 and Team 2 - Stay in their Zone and pass the ball 5 times.
• Once passed 5 times they can then pass it through a gap to the other team.
• The other team then makes 5 passes and then passes it back to the other team.
• The defensive team - can go into the Zone the team who has the ball and press and tackle them to stop them playing 5 passes.
• Swap the defensive team every 5 minutes.
• Looking for team 1 and 2 to hold possession under pressure from the defensive team.
