Risky Business - Counter Attacking
Set up like above. Split the group into 2 teams. Here, red team are the attackers and blue team are the defenders. Red team decide if they want to attack 1v1/2v1/3v2/3v1 to earn points. They then attack 1 goal, if they score they get the points and attack the other goal. They continue until the ball goes out of play or the defenders cross the half way line with the ball. If the defenders get the ball over half way they get the points from that attack. Swap roles after 5 minutes of play.
Progressions/Adaptations
Add in a bonus ball for the attackers which counts as double - can only be used once
Add a bonus cone for defenders which allows them to bring out another defender - can only be used once
