FIELD DIMENSIONS: 10x10 yards
# OF PLAYERS: 4 (3V1)
TIME: 10 Minutes. Ratio: 90 Seconds / 30 Seconds (x5)
ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
If defending player wins ball (or attacking player kick ball out), players switch roles.
Attacking players must take 2 touches (2 touch max).

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Team in possession aim to score in oppositions goal.
Players from the attacking team are allowed into the neutral zone (even if ball is not in neutral zone).
Defending players from the defending team are not allowed in neutral zone (unless ball is in this zone).
NO attacking players from the defending team can enter neutral zone.
Ball cannot be dribbled into thirds - must be a pass.

1. How can you create space? (defenders spread out / attacking players push high)
2. How (& where) can we create overloads? (rotation of players / players dropping into spaces).
3. How do we receive the ball? (ABC's - ANGLE of support / BODY shape when receiving / CHECK shoulder)

TOTAL PLAYERS: 18 (9v9).
Red team formation: GK-4-3-1 / Blue team formation: GK-2-3-3
TIME: 24 Minutes. Ratio: 5 minutes / 1 minute (x4)
ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
When Red GK has possession of the ball, players must be in their respective zones.
When Red team break Blue team forward line, or transfer the ball into the middle third - ALL zone conditions are removed.
PROGRESSIONS:
Ball must be passed into next zone / players cannot dribble into next zone.
NOTES: Ensure defending team is defending properly.
1. Forwards squeeze high / press player on ball.
2. Forwards force centrally / Make play predictable.
3. Midfield players get tight / deny passing lanes.
4. Defenders push up / reduce space between lines.
Guided Questions:
1. What is our team shape (shape of back four) when #1 has possession of the ball? (#2/#3 get high & wide, #4/#5 drop deep).
2. Angles of support - player on the ball should have minimum of 3 passing options

TOTAL PLAYERS: 18 (10v8).
Blue team formation: GK-4-3-2 / Red team formation: 2-3-2
TIME: 24 Minutes. Ratio: 7 minutes / 1 minute (x3)
ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Blue team defend large goal and score in mini goals.
Red line depicts defensive third. Only 3 Blue attackers can enter this area when defending / One Red midfield player can drop in an create overload.
PROGRESSIONS:
Remove red line.
