passing and receiving (20 mins)

Set Up

-4 red cones , 4 yellow cones

-9-10 players depending on numbers, possibly set up 2 groups

10 x10 grid on outside, 4x4 grid on inside

Drill

-player 1 plays a pass out player a who checks to the ball

-player A passes back to player 1, player takes a touch and plays a long pass to player 2

-player one goes to where player A was , player A goes to where player 2 was

-repeat sequence all the way around.

-move to 1 touch

-introduce a second ball
