Part Two Practice Session of the Day (30 min)
Passing Accuracy, Movement, Drills, Shooting/Heading
Line 1:
Player A from Line 1 pass (Passing #1) to Player B from Line 2
Then Player A moves forward and then get the ball back from Players B
Then Player A passes again (Passing #3) to Player C from Line 3
Last, Player A runs toward Line 2 and takes over the position of Player B
Line 2:
Player B who standing on the right offensive area and receives the ball from Player A
After receiving the ball, Player B move quickly on the left side
Then passes back (Passing #2) to Player A
Then runs curvingly toward Area 1 from the right side
Then if receive the ball from Player C, Player B has two options: Providing an assistance to Player D (Passing #5) or beating the keeper (Shooting 1)
Then Player C may get assistance from Player D in the penalty area
When done, go back toward the Line 1 (just jogging) and take over the position of Player A
Line 3:
Once Player A get the ball back from Player A, Player C goes offessively
Once Player C gets to Player A, then dribbling
Then Player C has two options: Passing (Passing #4) a long ball to Player B on the Area 1 or a short ball in an effective way to Player D in Area 2
When done passing, go to Line 2 in order to take over the position of Player B
Line 4:
When the player A starts passing to Player B, Player D starts running on the left side toward ladder
Then use each different speed ladder for faster footwork and quickness
When done with one drill, then run toward the area 2
If receives the ball from Player C, then the player has two options: Providing an assistance (Passing #5) to Player B from the Area 1 or beating the goalie with one-vs-one (Shooting 2)
When done that part, go back (sprinting from the Area 2) to Line 4 for repeating with different fast footwork drill

Part Three Practice Session of the Day: Scrimmage (30 min)
Transition From the Practice of the 2nd Part of the Day Training Session to this scrimmage
Focus on Game Readability, Game Possession, Teamwork through Movement & Passing, Attacking in a faster way, and of course Passing Effectiveness & Accuracy
Notice: When Red Team has the ball, Right & Left full-back players go wide near the white line while Black Team full-back players stay compact in the defensive area. Black Team focuses on defensive teamwork by having an ability to read opponent players' movement
Once Red Team loses the ball to the Black Team or score a goal, then the Black Team gets the ball and do the same way what the Red Team did agaist them. Then, the Red Team plays defensively.
