THE SESSION: Objective: The game involves players running around and trying to avoid being tagged and frozen by "it."
How to Play:
Choose who's "it": Decide who will be the first person to be "it." This person will do the tagging.
Start the game: "It" chases the other players, trying to tag them by touching them. When a player is tagged, they must freeze in place.
Unfreezing: Frozen players can be unfrozen by another player who isn't frozen. To unfreeze a player, they must high five the frozen player.
End of the game: The game ends when all players except "it" are frozen, or when a time limit (90seconds -2 minutes) is reached.
Variations:
Time Limit: Set a time limit for each round. When time is up, count how many players are frozen. Rotate the role of "it" for the next round.
Safe Zones: Designate specific areas as safe zones where players can't be tagged or frozen.
Multiple Its: You can have more than one person be "it" at a time, making the game more challenging.
Special Abilities: Introduce special powers or abilities for players, like being able to unfreeze themselves after a certain period or having a limited number of times they can freeze others.
Remember, the most important thing is to have fun and stay active while playing!
