Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-40x35 grid with 4 goals
-Teams split as 4-1-1-1
-6 common players (yellow)
Exercise:
-Common player passes to CB whose team then aims to get ball either to opposite common player or score in goals using common players wide and central.
-If ball played to wide common player both teams full back can enter channel.
- 1point for pass to common player on end.
-2 points for goal.

-Use of wide overload.
-Overlapping and supporting runs of full backs.

Set Up:
-Half pitch with 2 channels and 1 large and two small goals.
-Teams split into 4-2-1-1 with two common wingers (yellow).
-Exercise:
-Play two 12 minute halves
-Full backs and common wingers play in the channels.
-Common wingers can play on the inside if they are in possession.
Key Points:
-Movement of the wide players.
-Overlapping of full backs and delivery from wide.
