- 2 teams Yellow V Red.
- Blue players 2 Target players and 2 wide neutral players.
-Ball starts with the Blue Target player and is played to either right or left back.
- aim is to hit the striker (opposite Target player).
- Once the target player has been hit, other team have possession.
Coaching Points
1) left and right back, Positive body shape.
2) front foot
3) movement of target player/wingers
Proggressions
1) movement of the middle player, can he drop off and play a combination with a winger?
2) can the target player join the game and dribble past the end zone?
3) team who has the ball keeps possession.
