Organization:
-10x28 yard areas with two 4 yard endzones.
-4 players per area.
Instructions:
-Defender drives a pass to the attacker to start the 1v1.
-A point is scored when a player stops the ball in the endzone.
Coaching Points:
-Encourage change of speed, direction, moves to beat the defender.
-Risk taking mentality.
-Notice body shape or defender - dribble behind defender to unbalance.
-Close the door once past the defender.

-5v5 including goalkeepers.
Instructions:
-Only one player from each team allowed in the wide areas. 1v1's in wide area.

Organization:
-8x8 yard areas.
-Extra balls outside.
Instructions:
-Highest amount of juggles without the ball hitting the ground.
-Different surfaces: Top of foot, thigh, outside.
Coaching Points:
-Keep weight on standing foot.
-Straighten leg out and point toes back up when making contact with the ball.
-Encourage use of different surfaces (1 foot, both feet) to bring the ball up.
