Set Up:
45x25 Area with goal and GK at one end and 2 small goals at opposite end.
Attackers (Whites) pass to forward player on pitch and join the attack. At this point, coach calls a number out (1-4) and that defender (blue) also joins the other defender on pitch to create a 3 vs. 2 scenario. Attackers attempt to finish on goal. If defenders gain possession they score in either 2 small goals. Rotate positions and numbers called.

Set Up:
50x30 Area with goal and GK at each end and 15 x 15 square in centre of pitch. GK starts with ball and passes to either defender. On defenders 1st touch, 2 team mates break from central square to create a 3 vs. 2 in attack. If possession is turned over, 2 players return to central square and 2 opposition players can break to create a 3 vs. 2 in opposite attacking half.

Set up:
2 teams (each player with a ball) at opposite ends of a 15x10 grid. Players are numbered and will take turns based on numerical order.
Team 1 starts unopposed by running with the ball and attempting to knock off a ball from opposing team. Player must transition quickly to defend against opponent who attempts to do the same.
Coaching Points
- Run with the ball
- Be positive
- Attack with speed and confidence
- Quick Tranision
First team to knock all opposing teams soccer balls down wins the round.
Play 1st team to win 3 rounds wins
