Organization of Session
- 20 x 20 grid
- 4 small goals, one along each line
- 12 players (3 teams of 4)
- One team of four are the defenders (blue). Other two teams (red & green) try to keep possession from blue. If blue wins it, then they immediately try to score.
- Red/green try to win ball back from blue before blue can score. If they win it back, just keep possession.
- Play 5 minute games. Keep score. See which defending team can score the most goals.
- Coach is on side with extra balls and serves them in immediately when ball goes out of play to keep game flowing

- Speed of play (more pressure = less touches/quicker play)

Organization of Session - 50x40 grid with full sized goals. 5v5 plus GK (or 7v7 if numbers dictate).
- When ball is played from GK or from out of bounds, the receiving player only has one touch.
Key Points - Purpose of possesion is....move/drag defenders out/away, uncover options to penetrate/go forward, creating goal scoring opportunities

Warm up - 5v2 (15 mins)
Organization of Session
- 15x15 grid
- 7 players - 5 players on outside in circle, 2 players defending
- Outside players keep possession from two inside defenders
- Players rotate with defenders when possession is lost (longest in rotates out)
- If defenders are split, then they stay and extra round
- Start with 2 touch for younger players. Ideally possession team should have only 1 touch
Progression -
- Have multiple groups going, rotatate defenders from another group. Timed game, number of splits = points. Compete against other groups.
