Overall aim
- To create overloads to play out safely
- To be comfortable receiving, passing or dribbling close to own goal and opposition
- Be able to read the pressure on the ball to decide whether to support or hold position

Organisation
- Players distrubute themselves evenly between the 3 lines
- Player trys to touch each side of the coridoor as many times as possible before getting to the end
- Once at the end move around the coridoor and go back to your line
Progression
- Have line moving each way to create more obstruction
Coaching points
- Awareness when moving- scanning to see other players
- Change speed when changing direction
- Move the ball with both feet and all surfaces

Organisation
- Same set up as previous screen
- Have lines moving each way
- This time there are 2 pairs passing to eachother across the coridoor
- The first team to make it to x amount of passes is the winner
- If you hit a player that is driblling or a pass isnt accurate then you go back to 0 passes

- Awareness when moving- scanning to see other players
- Change speed when changing direction
- Move the ball with both feet and all surfaces
- Timing of the pass
- Movement to create a passing line

Organisation
- 3v3+4
- To score you must play from yellow players from one side of the pitch to the other. Yellow players cant play directly to opposite side
- Yellow players are allowed to dribble into the box with the ball to invite pressure
- Play 3 rounds, first to 3 points wins the round. 1 minute rest between each round
Coaching points
- Angles and distance to receive
- Less pressure on the ball = more distance
- More pressure on the ball = closer to support
- Draw defender in with a dribbling to free up a team mate
- Play direct when possible

Organisation
- Both teams play in a 1-2-3-1 formation to represent playing out from the back
- If the ball goes out of play to the sides then restart with a pass or dribble
Progress into free play with no coaching
Coaching points
- Starting shape from the GK as shown by the red team above
- If the ball goes out to the LCB then RCB holds his position to become a outlet
- If CB is pressed then fullback drops deeper to support. If not then fullback holds their position
- #6 always scanning to see if they can receive and turn
- Encourage defenders to try and break the first line of defence with a dribble

Organisation
- 6v6
- Pitch is divided into thirds
- When playing out from the defensive third the opposite team are allowed a maximum of 3 players to defend with
- To progress out of your defensive third then you must dribble into the midfield third
Progression
- Must make 3 passes before being able to dribble out
- Pass can go into the MF third but it must be from the GK
Coaching points
- Create width to make defending team protect the middle or mark you
- If space in the middle can a player drop in to receive
- Use the GK to switch play
- GK always looking to support
- Scanning and communication
- Create a overload to play out safely
- Draw defenders in with short passes to create space on the other side

Organisation
- Players distrubute themselves evenly between the 3 lines
- To start the first player from each line runs with the ball to the end of the corridoor and then comes back around the outside of the corridoor back to their starting line
- As soon as the 3 players get to the end then the next 3 can go
Coaching points
- Point your toe to the ground to lock your angle and use the laces to run with the ball
- Distance of touch- big enough to cover ground quicker but not too big that its not under control
