Coach plays ball into attacking team (red), defending team starts behind and presses attackers. Supporting players next to coach can support the play by providing additional passing option outside the box. Attacking team must retain possession/shield keep possession between themselves or can pass backwards or to support players at the side once they are in position. Or they can try to turn the player and attack the goal...
Ultimately aim is to score in either goal. If defenders win possession off the attackers, a pass player out to a supporting player also = 1 goal for the defence.
