1v1 + 2 (20 mins)
Organization:
1v1 + 2 Nuetral Players start off on the flank, in a 30x40 yard grid, using 2 small goals.
Instructions:
Players play a 1 vs 1 game for 2 minutes, they have two support players either side of the field they can use to help get past the defender. Support players must stay on outside of field and only have one touch.
Coaching Points:
* Drive at defender
* Look to commit them
* Observation of defender before deciding what to do
* Angle/distance of support of neutral players
* Use of correct surface to pass the ball
Progression:
Players may enter field of play to make quicker combination.

Progressive Possession
Organization:
4 corners blocked off with cones
equal teams +GK Neutral
1 ball
Instructions:
Players possess and try and find opportunity to passing to a teammate makng a run into 1 of the 4 squares
They are not allowed to score in the same square twice
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball especially 2nd or 3rd man
speed of play
Look for passing combinations
Play out of pressure
build the attack
Progressions:
Points only count if they find someone after they are played into the square: (For example, player A passes to B in the square. B can't pass back to A and must find another teammate.

Match 4v4
Organization:
- 4v4 game with goalkeepers. 3 Teams, winners stay on. 1 goal, or 2 minute games.
Coaching Points:
- Creating space as a team (width, depth and length)
- Movement as ball travels
- Option 1 - Penetrate, Option 2 - Possession
- Recognizing and exploiting numbers up situations
- Building from the Back
