Organization:
- Gate (yellow) down at the middle.
- One cone (red) where players start off.
Instructions:
- Players start dribbling towards the yellow gate, need to make sure the ball goes through the gate, then pull the ball back with bottom of foot, and push with the inside of the same foot.
- Then run to join the other line.
Coaching Points:
- Good long touch out of your feet to approach "defender" at speed.
- Good last touch in the direction you are going, long enough that is away from pressure, and at the same time where you can reach it.

Organization:
- Same as before, but with a "shadow" defender now.
Instructions:
- "shadow" defender next to player with ball.
- Defender is not trying to win the ball, just represent pressure .
- when they get back to the cone, they switch roles.
- When defender is "live" attacker needs to dribble through both yellow gates in front of him.
Coaching Points:
- Good long touch out of your feet, accelerate.
- Use defender's momentum against him.
Progressions:
- Defender is live and if he wins the ball, he dribbles back over the line from which they started.

Organization: 2 lines, balls by coach. 2 PUGGS Faced outward
Instructions: Coach rolls out a ball, first person in each line has to battle to get the ball, and score in either goal afterwards.
Coaching Points: Changing directions, using different moves to get where you need to go. Always try and go to the goal, vs going to corners and getting trapped.

- players dribble inside the area and wait for coach's command to perform certain moves without their ball hitting anyone else's ball.
