Ball Controll - Intro to getting body in line with ball (15 mins)
Oragnisation
Players work in pairs with a ball between 2. Using flat discs (or cones, just get players to move infront of cone) place 3 different colours in a line, enough distance inbetween each cone.
Structure
Passing players say a colour and then pass the ball towards that colour. Receiving players must go towards that colour and get in line with the ball to receive it. Receiving players then pass the ball back to the passer, repeat and swap roles after 2 minutes. Give players another turn each.
P1 - Receiving player dictates what colour to receive the ball at by calling the colour.
P2 - Encourage movement towards a different colour before receiving the ball at the chosen colour.
