INTRUCTIONS
the team with 3 players will positioned thenselves on eithe rend of the grid and 1 player remains in the middle.
The 2 teams of 4 playes in the middle, wj=here they will try to keep the ball away from the 3 defenders.
Once one of the three defenders regaing possession they can combine the pass and try to find any end zone and try to keep possession of it, as soon a team looses possession the must try to regain it immediately.
PROGESSION
1- limite amount of touches
2- Make the gride smaller
REGRESSIONS
1 - Make a bigger gride
2 - Put zones into 4 x 4 to x4 and 1x1 games in the middle with a LP able to go anywhere.

CONDITIONED GAME (30MIN)
ORGANIZATION
Grid of 48x30yrds (15/18/15yrds areas)
2 teams of 6 with a link player
2 smal goals at at either end or one big goal at the middle (if the GK is present)
INSTRUCTIONS
The defending team is locked at theyr own zones, and the attacking team can add one attacking players from the previous zone to become a support player and create superiority agaist the defenders, once the ball enters that zone by passing only.
No players can drop from one area to another unless they are recovering.
PROGRESSION
Attacking players now can dribble to the zones
Create a regular game with 6x6 plus 1LP but the end players still no allowed to leave their areas.

INTRUCTIONS
starting as a regular 4x2 rondo inside the large area, after the team achieve 10 passes, they can move anywhere inside the gride. After achieve another 10 passes they can enter inside the red grid, finally if they find another 10 passes they can move inside the yellow gride.
At anytime the vall goes out of bounce or the defender regain possession and dribble it out of bounce, the game will restart from the big area again with two new defenders.
PROGRESSION
1 - limit the amount of touches
2 - Increase pass count.
