Dynamic Warm-up with Pass

Set up: Cones set 7 yards apart, 12 yards long.

Organization: 1 ball with 7-9 players per line.

Activity: (1) Player passes the ball with the prescribed number of touches/surfaceand. (2) Prescribed movement to diagonal cone. (3) Prescribed dynamic stretch to opposite line.

Rondo - Open Field (15 mins)

Rondo - Open Field

Set-up: Appropriate number of 8x8 - 10x10 grids

Organization: 4 attacking players in each grid with one defender in fewer than all grids.

Activity: Grids with no defender play 1 touch. Grids with defender play 2 touch. When defender wins the ball or it goes out of the grid, the offending player becomes the defender and must find a grid with no defender. The previous defender joins the group of 4.
