Technical Practice
Organisation - Play 4v2 in each box. (x2 Games)
Aim: Key aim of the practice is for players to transfer the ball from one box to another.
Structure: Players initially play 3v1 in each box,
- Once they have made 3 passes (increase if success is too easy) the 2nd defender (white) then joins in the box,
- Red players now have to get a further 2 passes (Increase or Decrease depending on success)
- Once this has been done, the challenge is now for the reds to pass the ball into the spare player in the other box.
- Following this, 2 reds then run across to join the player on the ball and one defender. (Cycle then repeats)
