ORGANISATION:
- Normal pitch/game with four vertical corridors
- Two teams (blue team being the focus)
- Play restarts from the blue GK each time the ball goes out.
COMMUNICATION:
- Bring out the technical details from practice one.
- Individual details
>>> Defenders and GK form structure allowing attackers opportunity to rotate <<<
- Make the pitch as big as we can to isolate our 1v1's.
- Maximum of 2 players in each corridor.
- Good angles/movements to receive the ball.
- ROTATIONS to cause confusion and to find a way out.
- Defending team counter attack when winning the ball (10 secs back to the GK).

Technical Practice
ORGANISATION:
- Two teams work the ball between the group from one goal to the other passing in to the GK/Target.
- Players given freedom to create any pictures that they want.
- Coach to build pictures by giving instructions to individuals to form some structure/framework.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
1) Timing of movement/create an angle
2) Scan whilst moving (space, opponent and team mates)
3) Body shape open (see both ways)
4) Receive on your back foot to play forward or front foot the secure and protect.
5) Pass detail (weight and accuracy...which foot does your team mate want the ball on?
INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATIONS:
AS: Receive the ball under pressure
BS: Stay connected to the team when you don't have the ball.
GA: Stay connected to the team when you don't have the ball.
AM: Movements to receive the ball.
