Organization:
6 Players per group. Two players at each cone, one as a passive defender that just provides initiative to create separation from the defender.
Instructions: One player at each cone as a passive defender. Receive behind defender to create separation at first cone (B), Player (C) also creates separation, but drives with first touch to break line and drive at manequin to beat with a move and finish.
Coaching Points:
-Separation from defender to get underneath.
-Seperation from defender to create the space to run into.
-Timing of movement
-Quality of touch in between gate
-Open body to receive, decision to drive in between gate before receiving, rather than taking a first touch and then driving in between gate.
Progressions:
Competition. One point for sucessfully taking a first touch through the gate, one point for beating manequin and scoring in the mini goal. Keep track of score.

Organization: 7v7 game or 6v6 or 5v5 depending on numbers
Technical warm-up
Organization: Starts inside 18 Yard box. Progressed to using entire half of pitch.
Instructions: Technical warmup. Ball between two. Pass and move. Physical literacy.
Coaching Points: Running with the ball, Moves, Longer passes, Playing into space rather than feet.
