Organisation

Coned line placed 40 yards apart.

3 x 18 x 18 yard areas.

3 groups of 6 (can be adapted depending on numbers).

3 x 3 Minute Blocks (1 Minute Recovery) - 12 Minutes

Practice

Players play 3 v 3 in each grid. Coach at each grid to feed balls and keep intensity high.

After 2 minutes coach blows whistle and players perform 1 Minute of high speed running between the 40 yard area.

For each block, blues stay where they are and yellows rotate so they play 3 different teams.

5 passes a goal, keep score for competition.
