GK moves around the "dummy", receives volley from coach, hold onto ball, move back around the dummy in same direction and receive low dive from C, GK goes ball to ball to save it (never letting go of the ball they have)
-reason to hold the ball is to force your body to have hands in front and shooting both towards the ball
-4 each kid each side
Next set is the same except instead of holding onto the ball they roll it back to you to hit for the low dive
-4 each side each kid
