20x20 area (size varies based upon numbers)
Every player with a ball
Instructions:
PART 1
Each player has a ball, they will use different surfaces of the foot and different dribbling techiques to reach 50 touches-First player to 50 wins. Lose 1 point if you run into another player. Lose 1 point if your ball goes outside of the area.

PART 2
Same space and set up as before only now there are 2 defenders, defnders are holding a pinnie, they tag and attacker by throwing their pinnie at the ball, if they hit the ball, the attacker becomes the tagger and the tagger becomes the attaacker The goal is to avoid being tagged.
Optional Scoring system
Each player starts with 10 points, if they get tagged they lose a point, goal is to end with 10 points.
Coaching Points:
1) Identifying gaps in defense to penetrate
2) Identifying defenders position (part 2)
3) Recognize how to protect the ball-(Position the body in between the ball and opponent)
Progressions:
P-Add more taggers/defenders
P-Decrease size of area
R- Take away defenders

Organization:
20 x 20 yd grid - with 2yd end zones
Players line up inside one end zone with a ball (minnows)
Two players hold pinnies and stand inside grid w/o ball (sharks)
Instructions:
• Minnows try to dribble to other side without getting ball touched by the sharks - must stop inside end zone
• If ball is touched/stolen/lost, minnow becomes a shark-
• When a minnow is tagged they must put their ball safetly in
'Davey Jones' Locker"
• Sharks can only move side to side (Progression-allow sharks to move however they want)
Coaching Points/Guided Questions:
1) Dribbling technique-close control or longer touches
2) Eyes up to avoid collisions
Q1) How do we get to other side without being tagged? - avoid/fake out taggers, find space, go fast
Q2) How can we dribble faster? - run fast, longer touches
Q3) How do make sure we can stop ball inside end zone? - slow down/smaller touches

Organization:
25x25 grid
Red Cones on one side to represent starting point (home) and orange cones on the far side is the end zone "
Instructions:
Players must travel from home (yellow cones) to end zone (Orange cones) without being caught by the Police officer (coach)
Players can only move when coaches hold up different stop lights
-Red (stop ball)
-yellow (messi touch-close control tiny touches)-changing direction
-Green (ronaldo touch-running with the ball longer touches)-Straight line
if spotted moving by the Police officer when RED light goes up he/she must go back home (Yellow cones)
Coaching Points:
Improve motor skills and have kids work on stopping their body immediately.
Introduce head up dribbling - kids must keep eyes on coach to know when to freeze, while completing various tasks (picking up pennies, dribbling around candy shops in different directions)
- observe all the space/objectives within Candy Land
Close control with their ball during each time across the grid.
Progressions:
Introduce Candy Land - Coaches lay area with candy (pennies) and players must pick up their favorite candies up on the way to candy land.

Organization:
3 vs 3 or 4v4 with two fields playing, ensure there is a buffer zone between the two fields
No GK's
Instructions:
• Minimal coaching, applaud ,cheer and recognize moments when players choose the corect dribbling technique-Tight touvhes to protect the ball or longer touches when they recognize spaces
• Free play
• Players organized in a 2-1 or 1-2 to allow ample spaces for running with the ball and penetrating using the dribble.
• Restarts
-All restarts are a dribble in or a pass, restarts count as a direct kick
Coaching Points/Guided Questions:
1) Recognizing moments to penetrate
2) Creating traingle as big as possible (width/length/depth) to help create gaps to penetrate
3) Encourage players who find and exploit gaps in between defenders
