To start practice, GK steps into the Save Zone (SZ) and deals with a serve. Once completed the GK must hop right on their right foot and balance in the Balance Zone (BZ) for 3 seconds. Then they must hop back into the SZ and take another serve. Repeat on the left side. After the 3rd serve, the GK must jump over larger rope and finish on taking a serve.
CP- Balance, Co-ordination, Concentration.
4 reps x 3 sets
Progression- Finish on a dive (low or high) 2 sets.

GK starts at P1, speed jumps over the hurdles and turns into P2. At P2 the GK deals with a serve from S1 and immediately deals with a serve from S2 at P3.

CP- Speed, Reactions, Decision making (save tech, parry areas)
Progression- Change pattern thorugh hurdles (e.g.slalom) 2 sets each side
Deflections infront of S2. (Add this after first 4 sets.
Warm up
GK starts in the sit-up position with his/her feet 6 inches off the floor. On the call of 1 or 2 the GK must catch a pop pass and return to the number called first then the other number. Once completed that deal with a half volley from S3 while still sitting.
Working on core strength, stability and concentration.
