Good warmup exercise after FIFA. Divide the mini-field into how many players you have, and put a small cone gate in the middle. Let them individually work on dribbling, skills and turning. The little gate is their target to get through. After they are looking tired, do a juggling competition while they stay in their own 'box'. You can call out the skill, or teach a skill and make them try it.

Simple passing drill. Initially make the 'gate wide', narrow it as players progress.

Midfielder drill. All three players start on the middle cone. When Player 1 moves left or right to a cone, Player 2 moves to the opposite cone, and player three moves to the same cone as #1 to create a triangle. Player 2 receives in an open position, and sends the ball to player 3. Player 3 receives and dribbles to the gate, and passes ball to player 4. Player 1 moves to middle, player 2 moves to player 3's spot.

Nothing but net: players start (socially distanced, taking turns) shooting from close to the net. They have to score, and the ball can ONLY touch the net. Not the ground, not inside post. If they score they stay 'in', and move to the next level. Keep going until last player standing. Winner gets to pick a punishment (10 pushups, jumping jacks etc) for the rest of the cohort. You can make the distances based on age/shooting ability of the group. Middle goal can be a small goal, adjust distance accordingly. Can rotate nets.
Great exercise for end of practice. Players LOVE it.

FIFA warmup (15 mins)
FIFA 11+ warmup, with added hurdles and ladders. Do every exercise twice, with the players switching sides every time. Keep players 2m apart! Focus on technique of ladders and hurdles (2 feet, slow, good knee action)
All exercises done twice: 1) run 2) open the hips 3) close the hips 4) front stretch (sweep the grass) 5) front lunge 6) lateral motion around the cone 7) forward and back 8) hop hop sprint.
