Organization:
1. 20x20 grid split in half
2. 2 balls per grid with additional around outside
Instructions:
1. Coach will inform the players which move and direction to perform the desired move
2. Players will dribble towards the cones, perform the required move to the correct side and explode to the line across from them
3. Players will continue working for an alotted time then switch when coach informs
Coaching Points:
Scissors
1. Move the foot around the front of the ball finishing on the outside of the ball
2. Drop the shoulder as the foot plants
3. Take the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot
Push And Run
1. Dribble straight at the defender
2. Push the ball one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
3. Run round the opposite side and collect the ball
Progressions:
1. Remove cones and have one line be a passive defender
2. Remove cones and turn one line in each grid to a full opposed defender

Instructions:
1. The coach will review the moves from the previous week with the players (roll, feint)
2. Each player will dribble the ball around the grid, when they see a cone or another player they will perform the required move to beat the player/cone and explode into space
3. The players will continue to dribble around until another player or cone is in view
4. The coach will the go over this week's moves (scissors, push and run) with the players.
5. Each player will dribble the ball around the grid, when they see a cone or another player they will perform the required move to beat the player/cone and explode into space
6. The players will continue to dribble around until another player or cone is in view
