The players play 1 versus 1 keep away. The goal is to keep possession of the ball. Dribble away from the defender all the time.

Each pattern should be practiced going both directions (using the opposit foot for the same touch). Every pattern is done for 120 seconds per direction.

Patterns:
A] 1 = Roll, 2 = Pull, 3 = Roll, 4 = Push
B] 1 = Roll, 2 = Pull, 3 = Inside foot touch, 4 = Push (foot does not touch the ground between 2 & 3)
C] 1 = Roll, 2 = L-Move (Push up past cone after L-move if needed)
D] 1 = Roll, 2 = 2 footed outside foot V-move
E] 1 = Roll, 2 = 1 footed outside foot V-move

Attacker dribbles arround in the red box. There is one defender, who tries to steal the ball from his partner. The attacker can beat the defender or look for a pass to one of the 6 players on the outside (blue cones). After the pass they switch positions. The defender has to stay in the red box, so the attacker gets some space to dribble at the defender.
Coaching Remarks
- 1 steps of beating a defender ( dribble with speed, fake out, go around, seperate)
- Call names when passing so the player expects the ball

2 white players will start the drill by dribbling towards each other and making the move, going around each other. The second they make the move 2 of the blue players will dribble at each other, making the move. After this 2 yellow players to, etc.

The players will do the following moves for 2 minutes per foot each:
- Stepover
- Scissor
- Inside outside
- Roll

Coaching Remarks:
- Make speed when dribbling at the defender
- Find the right distance to the other player running at you to start the move
- Execution of the move
- Accelerate after going around the defender

1v1 Small Sided Scrimmage.
Try to creae competitive games. Have them play for about 90 second and give them a 30 second break. Play games till the end of the practice.

Passing Pattern:
A -> B -> C, C dribbles to A (5 minutes)
A -> B -> A -> C, C dribbles to A (5 minutes)
Players make up won pattern (5 minutes)
