Warm up (1-2) (15 mins)

Three players inside the circle.

Rest spread out around the outside.

Centre players with a ball, players on outside without.

Centre players dribble around the centre cone and then pass to player on outside who passes back to them

Warm Up (1-overlap-2) (15 mins)

As previous exercise. This time player on outside doesn't play back straight away, instead they hold until middle player runs behind and shouts to release ball.

Ambush (15 mins)

Yellow players keep possesion in the centre zone. Two ambush players lurking on outside, on the coaches "Ambush" call, two ambushers rush the centre zone and try and win the ball back.

Players move ball quickly so not to get caught in possesion
