Organization:
- Shoot to goal.
- Two lines facing opposite ways.
- Shape as a defender in the middle to beat, then shoot.
Instructions:
- First player in line dribbles by the defender, after the last touch to beat the defender the next touch should be the shot.
- After you shoot, whether you score or not, you become the GK, no GK if Puggs just retrieve missed shots. Player then joins the back of the next line.
- Have a point system per goal, (extra points for corners)
- Mark the corners to encourgage players to shoot in the corners.
Coaching Points:
- Keep in mind the direction of the shot and which kind to use, along with the amount of touches.
- Body shape depending on last touch out of foot, (prep touch) and which foot to finish with.
- Know where to shoot before receiving the pass.

Organization:
- 5v5 scrimmage (30x20 or similar), no GK.
- 2 vertical halves, clearly marked.
Instructions:
- Both teams in 2-2-1 formation; if 6v6, then 2-3-1. Still NO GK's.
- Left/Right backs and Left/Right mids cannot play across vertical center line, can only play their attacking and defending halves.
- Striker (& Center Mid in 2-3-1) can roam freely.
Coaching Points:
- Run in behind defenders.
- Find 2v1's.
- If you have the shot, take the shot.
- Shooting coaching points.

Organization:
- 30x20, cones as shown with diamond in the middle as the goal
Instructions:
- Player dribbles clockwise around cone and shoots back into Pugg.
- Next player, ready with ball at the feet, starts dribble when the ball hits/misses Pugg.
- 90 second round; switch direction (counter-clockwise).
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Striking with different parts of the foot: laces or instep
- Where is planted foot pointing?
