Activity
Play is started by one player (Player A here) dribbling towards the scoring zone. That player shoots then immediately becomes the defender to oppose the next attacker (Player B). This sequence continues.
Possible variations/progression
-Take out specific zone
-Must shoot before zone (??)
Coaching Points
-good first touch forwards, attack defender at speed, use of moves, changes of speed/directions
-quick transition from defence to attack
-accurate finishing

Activity
A quick-paced transition game - teams attack 2v2/3v3 (depending on group numers), after attacking/scoring they quickly transition to defending, after defending they go off and the cycle just continues (attack, defend, off).

Activity
-RPS 1v1 Tag - players work in pairs. The pairs start sitting facing each other with a cone in between them, they play RPS - if you win you must try and run away to the safety line before the player that lost can tag you. Start back at the cone and repeat.

-quick thinking/decision-making
-power/strength to get up quickly
-speed/acceleration to get away from the tagger
-safety - run in a straight line so you don't crash into other pairs!
