Set Up: 20x30 grid 2 small goals.
Descritpion:
-Make as many grids as necessary
- 2v2 + 1
-Players play in their own half of the area
- Try to combine to score
-One player from the team in possession can go forward to make 3v2 situation in attacking half, forward players cannot come back into defensive grid to defend.
Coaching Points;
1. communication
2. accurate weighted passes to feet or space
3. movement after the pass.
4. angle to recieve the ball
5. body position to recieve ball
6. moving forward to support the attack.

Set Up: 30W x 40L
Description: 2 neutral players will stay on the field for a period of time. 2 blue players will start with the ball and combine with 2 neutrals against 2 purple players, if purple wins the ball then they can combine with 2 neutrals to attack 2 blues. play until the ball leaves the field whatever team ball goes off of the other team starts with possession. Constant 2v2+2 neutrals.
Coaching Points:
1. Angle to receive a pass
2. proper decision when to dribble or pass.
3. recieve the ball to go forward. (Open Hips)
4. Communication.
5. Movement to create space of the ball
6. Combine to beat defender.

Set Up: 30x40 y grid with 20y halves, 2 big goals
Description: 5v5 or 6v6 depending on numbers. Forwards cannot come back to defensive half to defend, defensive players can dribble or pass into the attacking half to make number up. Look to combine with eachother to score goals

Exercise:
-Play 4v4 inside the grid.
-Team in possession aims to score in opposition goal and can use wide players and players on the end.
-The players on the end can come into the attacking zone if receive a pass.
-Play 5 minute periods and rotate players.

A) passing and receiving. 1st with right foot then with left foot. work on passing and following pass, and recieving with the right foot to open body for the next pass.
B) progress to a combination play passing to outside player that passes to the inside while first player overlaps and recieves the ball back.
